GENERAL GUIDELINES
- All nominations/entries must be submitted online via the official portal:
www.businessexcellenceawards.com.ng/nomination-portal - A concise summary of key milestones and achievements recorded within the 2025–2026 period must be provided.
- Self-nomination/entry is not permitted, and all submissions must be made by a third party, subject to meeting all eligibility requirements.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- All companies must be duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and must have a minimum of two (2) indigenous Directors/Shareholders.
- All companies must demonstrate up-to-date tax compliance with the NIGERIA Revenue Service (NRS) for the 2025–2026 fiscal period.
- All nominated companies must maintain a functional and active website, with regularly updated content for at least six (6) months prior to nomination.
- Eligible businesses must have been fully operational for a minimum of twelve (12) months at the time of nomination/entry.
Project / Product-Based Entries
- Entries relating to a specific project, product, or service must demonstrate that such initiative was completed and fully implemented within the last twelve (12) months.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Only fully completed nomination/entry forms will be reviewed and considered.
- All submissions must be made exclusively through the official online nomination portal.
COMPLIANCE & DISQUALIFICATION
- The Awards Organizers reserve the right to verify all submitted information and disqualify any entry that:
- Fails to meet the stated criteria
- Provides false, misleading, or incomplete information
RIGHTS & OWNERSHIP
- Upon submission, all nomination forms and supporting materials become the property of the BUSINESS EXCELLENCE AWARDS (BEXA) and may be used for assessment, publicity, and promotional purposes.
